Trygve Skaug

Trygve Skaug possesses a rare warmth and presence, with an ability to convey messages that plays along the entire emotional register. Having released 4 albums since 2012 and been one of the most played artists on Norwegian radio in recent years, Trygve has made a great name for himself within the pop/folk genre.

Sharing his thoughts is a big part of Trygve, both as an artist and as a person. His spectrum of thoughts is filled with beautiful depictions of his near and dear ones, to extensive issues that address what is going on in the world. He is known for being a powerful poet and has been dubbed by the media as an "Instagram poet", and his follower base is rapidly growing.

He has gradually become one of Norway's most popular artists selling out arena shows and appearing on the most popular TV-shows. In April of 2021, Trygve signed with Warner Music Norway and has already released singles such as “Kommer du snart hjem”, “Du har meg”, “Hvis det bare kom snø” and “Brenner overalt”.
