Marius "Madden" Njølstad is a Norwegian multiplatinum singer, songwriter and producer. As a newcomer, Madden entered Spotify’s 100 most streamed artists globally and has now more than 100 million streams to his name.

Madden studied jazz at the world-renowned Berkeley College of Music followed by the Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium in Copenhagen where he discovered EDM. In 2016 Madden released his debut track “Golden Light”  that lit up dancefloors across the globe. The song spent 19 weeks on VG-lista top 40 as well as reaching official charts in other countries across Europe. The follow-up single “Alive” showcased his talent further, as it featured him on lead vocal, and the song spent 11 weeks on the Norwegian chart.

The multi-talented musician stands out from the pack, and the attention around him led Madden to be a part of the official VG-lista tour of 2016, as well as performing at the main event at Rådhusplassen in Oslo. He went on to perform at the Norwegian TV-show Senkveld and at by:Larm in 2017.

Madden includes an emotional yet energetic vibe to his musical expression which expands his musical impact with the younger music audience. With new music just around the corner, 2019 will be an interesting one for the 30 year old virtuoso.
